Taking What Is Mine

Sara’s life has moved on since she was forced to defend herself that day six years ago. She now has a wonderful husband, a beautiful little girl, a child on the way…and a woman hot on her trail. Ann knows who Sara is, and what she did. The pain radiates through her as she plans out her revenge. Time doesn’t matter, today, tomorrow, or even next year…it will happen and soon Sara’s life will take a turn for the worst. Hell-bent on getting even, Ann hunts Sara down and cunningly becomes a part of the family. At times Ann feels the joy of family, while at the same time feeling the pain of her family being ripped away. Will Sara see Ann for who she really is? Will she trust her…with her child?

Review from Cheryl D: Did you ever see the episode of ‘Friends’ where Joey and Rachel traded favorite books? Joey’s was ‘The Shining’ and he shared that when he got to the scary parts, he put the book in the freezer. Well, I’ve wanted to tell you for a while that “Taking What is Mine” is freezer-worthy! Ann scared the holy hell outta me! Very well done.
